Really boring data; the really boring data is literally just a boring sheet showing food, serving size, calories, protein, carb and fat - this is literally just the spread sheet I created before making the cheat sheets look all nice and aesthetic, it is a 6 page data base organized by protein, carbs, fats, fruits, vegetables and "acessories"
the acessories section is great as it shows you nutrition facts for those fun little health food adds ons you can "add on", so you know macro facts for cacao nibs, almond butter, goji berries and coconut flakes ;)
