Helping you achieve this has become my absolute passion and mission in life.
These are what I struggled with most and these are exactly what held me back from complete confidence, happiness and achievement. Once I started paying attention to the clear signs my body was sending me, I was able to identify the foods triggering acne flare ups, zapping my energy and keeping me and my brain back from peak performance, never quite reaching my highest potential.
Personalized nutrition allowed me to discover which foods deeply nourished my skin, body and brain. When I started eating more of the nutrient dense, fresh foods that I actually loved and that made me feel good, my skin got its healthy glow back, I lost the belly fat I thought I was totally stuck with and, what made the greatest difference, I finally felt smart. I finally felt confident, capable and intelligent.
Eating healthy was not just about my body or my skin. When I personalized my nutrition and began enjoying more of the fresh foods my body naturally craved, I was finally nourishing my brain on a much deeper level.
Helping others fine tune their diets to maximize brain health so they can truly access their fullest potential is my number one passion. I have been through it myself, I know it works. I went from failing in high school to graduating with honours and achieving two academic scholarships, enrolling in my dream science university and starting my business (this one).
With the goal of helping you achieve your goals and sustain your results, I wrote The Glow Formula. In The Glow Formula I share the fine details of nutrition, sugar, fatty acids and skin health that I wish I had known when I was struggling the most.

I went from failing high school to graduating with honours to all of a sudden getting scholarships and entering a top science university, this was because the diet changes I made where truly healthy and truly nourishing. I loved what I was eating because I got to choose it, not whoever the diet inventor was, and my diet was full of potent brain supporting nutrients and bioactive compounds.
